Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed. For expedited processing, providing visual evidence such as photos or videos showcasing any defects or damages is recommended for a swift resolution.

Await instructions on the return shipment address. Once we receive and verify your return (typically within 72 hours), you will receive a confirmation email.
